Outdoors Scotland Tourism Strategy Postponement

Following communications last week to announce the launch of the Outdoors Scotland Strategy on 29th March, further input and consultations has led us to extend the final period of engagement and delay the launch event. 

The weight and range of evidence gathered throughout the industry consultation (over the last 8 months) highlights the significant scale and diversity of the Outdoor Tourism Sector in Scotland. Ongoing discussions, recent input and commentary led us to the decision to delay the launch event and extend this final period of engagement. 

Many recognise this process presents a massive opportunity to bring the wider sector together so we feel there is merit in extending the discussions to ensure all thoughts are captured.
