WILD scotland winter marketing campaign 'nurture your need for freedom and adventure'
This exciting new marketing campaign is now underway and has been supported through the VisitScotland Sector and Destination Marketing Fund to promote Scotland to the local and domestic market as a must visit destination through November to March.
The campaign will centre around the Wild Scotland core principles of Responsibility, Sustainability, Care and Excellence and has been created to share all aspects of freedom and adventure through nature, outdoor activities, learning new skills and wildlife. It will bring to life how experiences with Wild Scotland members will help people nurture their emotions, feelings and wellbeing throughout the season.
The campaign creative and outputs will aim to motivate uptake in bookings for ‘out of season' experiences within the wildlife and adventure sector, and it will inspire nature-loving thrill-seekers, and inspiring home-office workers and families with relevant content.
Wild Scotland is working with members to create a portfolio of quality content to use in the campaign. This includes a mix of film and images and this work will continue through the winter months. There will be also be influencer visits, a PR campaign and social media promotion.
The great outdoors is safe, it’s beneficial for mental health and wellbeing and most importantly, it’s great fun for all ages and abilities, so let’s share this messaging and make sure our local and domestic market are fully aware of what is possible during the winter months in Scotland.

Please help by sharing the campaign far and wide and remember to use #nurtureinscotland. Let’s use this campaign to support businesses and our communities across Scotland through what continues to be a challenging time.
